CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

TRX Push Hiit

TRX Push Hitt is a class utilizing TRX and your body weight to provide the resistance. The exercises performed will be a combination of strength and cardio movements. The strength movements will be focusing on using Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Quadriceps and Core.

TRX Pull Hitt

TRX Pull Hitt is a class utilizing TRX and your body weight to provide the resistance. The exercises performed will be a combination of strength and cardio movements. The strength movements will be focusing on using Back, Biceps, Hamstrings and Core.

TRX Push Blast

TRX Push Blast is a class utilizing TRX and your body weight to provide the resistance. The exercises will be performed in a super set fashion to get the maximum benefit in a short amount of time while getting the benefits of strength training and cardio exercise. The strength movements will be focusing on using Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Quadriceps and Core.

TRX Pull Blast

TRX Pull Blast is a class utilizing TRX and your body weight to provide the resistance. The exercises will be performed in a super set fashion to get the maximum benefit in a short amount of time while getting the benefits of strength training and cardio exercise. The strength movements will be focusing on using Back, Biceps, Hamstrings and Core.

TRX Full Body Hiit

TRX Full Body Hitt is a class utilizing TRX and your body weight to provide resistance. The exercises performed will be a combination of strength and cardio movements. The strength movements will provide a full body workout.

Bootcamp

This class is designed to build strength and endurance through a variety of intense group intervals during a 30 minute or 50 minute class.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga unites movement of the body with the movement of the breath, giving its practitioners a vigorous full body workout that also promotes detoxification and grounding. This class will increase flexibility and body awareness as well as strengthen you from the inside out. All levels are welcome, and time will be spent in each class on proper positioning in foundational yoga poses prior to getting our hearts and bodies flowing!

Power Vinyasa Yoga

Power Vinyasa Yoga style of yoga is a dynamic, challenging combination of strength, sweat, movement and breath. Power Yoga detoxifies the body while building endurance and cultivating balance. This accessible, athletic and flowing form of yoga will transform your body and mind. Emphasizing strong balancing and standing poses it will sculpt, tone and refine all the muscles of your body while calming and centering your spirit. Find your edge and discover your inner strength. All levels are welcome, and there are plenty of modifications available to those who are new to practicing yoga.
